Quinta de Santa Cristina
White Wine Regional Minho Alvarinho

Produced with our finest grapes of Alvarinho grape variety, this wine has fermented in controlled temperature and maturated on fine lees with gentle agitation. On the nose presents itself clean and intense, with tropical fruit notes. In the mouth reveals smoothness and fruity character with a persistent finish.

 

Food pairing:
Starters, all kind of fish and white meat.

 

Other data:
To be served between 8° and 9ºC temperature.

Alcoholic proportion (harvest 2016): 13,5% Vol.

Available in cases of 6 x 750 ml bottles.

Winemaker: Jorge de Sousa Pinto.

Quinta de Santa Cristina
White Wine Batoca

White wine, vinificated from the secular grape variety Batoca. Recommended only for the Basto sub region, it has fermented in controled temperatures, in order to extol the grape variety´s aroma. It presents limpid, fruity on the nose and intense. In the mouth it is very well balanced.

 

Food pairing:
Starters, fish and white meat not too spicy.

 

Other data:
To be served at 8ºC temperature.

Alcoholic proportion (harvest 2016): 12,5% Vol.

Available in cases of 6 x 750 ml bottles.

Winemaker: Jorge de Sousa Pinto.
